Loft conversion
Alterations were made to this existing loft conversion, maximising the space of the loft. The existing conversion was done many years ago and did not meet building regulations. We extended the existing loft over the hip and maximised the space needed in the loft. We put in new Georgian bar windows, new flooring, re-plastered and rewired all the electrics inside new plane tiles were hung on the the exterior of the loft conversion. The roof was a GRP fibreglass roof, guaranteed for 20 years. The loft conversion work was guaranteed for 15 years with an insurance backed guarantee.
