Roofing Solutions (SW) Ltd recently completed this full flat roof replacement in the BS34 area of Bristol, providing the property with a durable, low-maintenance roofing system designed for long-term protection.
The existing flat roof covering was stripped back, allowing our team to prepare and upgrade the roof structure correctly. New OSB roof decking was installed across the roof area to create a strong, smooth and stable base for the new waterproofing system.
Once the deck was prepared, we installed a high-quality EPDM rubber roofing membrane across the entire flat roof. The membrane was carefully laid and bonded, with particular attention given to the joints, perimeter edges and detailing to produce a fully watertight finish. New black perimeter trims and edge detailing were fitted to provide a neat, professional appearance while protecting the vulnerable edges of the roof.
The photographs show the project at different stages—from the installation of the new OSB decking and EPDM membrane through to the completed roof. The result is a clean, modern flat roofing system with minimal joints and excellent weather resistance, suitable for coping with the demanding British climate.
