This was a total reframe for a roof in Horfirld in Bristol. The frame was under a lot of stress and needed to be exchanged under building control regulations. We had to reinforce the frame, going from three 3×2 rafters to 4 x 2 rafters in order to meet building regs. A 15 year insurance backed guarantee was supplied by a third-party insurance group, however, we also supply our own 15 year guarantee insured by our company.
