Full replacement fibreglass roof including box guttering and removing all existing lead and disposing offsite. New 18 millimetre OSB boarding installed and 650g fibreglass matting and finish topcoat. Colour: stone grey. All parapets rendered.

New roof installed at a property in Bath. We installed new battens, felt, breathable membrane and a dry ridge system. Dry verge capping is installed on the gable end, new 9 inch code for lead fitted around the chimney. Concrete guttering will be aligned with a fibreglass matting and a topcoat finish.
